The Law Office of Samuel C. Moore is dedicated to serving military servicemembers who are under investigation or facing adverse administrative or criminal action. Unlike civilian jurisdictions, the Uniform Code of Military Justice (U.C.M.J.) allows an accused to retain civilian defense counsel from across the United States to represent the servicemember’s rights at a court-martial. This means that firm is ready and able to represent U.S. servicemembers at Special and General Courts-Martial around the world.
Sam Moore served as a United States Marine Corps Judge Advocate for seven years and he continues to serve as a Marine Corps reservist. He deployed to Afghanistan in a joint environment with the Army’s 82d Airborne Division and later the Army’s 101st Airborne Division. He also served alongside the Navy at the Washington Navy Yard.
Because of his deployments and duties, he understands the challenges that our nation’s servicemembers face every day and in all corners of the world. He knows what it is like to be half a world away from your family and they also realize that sometimes our servicemembers require legal protection–based on their dedication and commitment to our nation, he believes our servicemen and women deserve the very best.
Additionally, he understands that servicemembers would not be successful without their families and our nation’s veterans who paved the way for today’s military. They deserve our utmost thanks, and the firm is committed to serving their legal needs across Virginia and Washington, D.C.
